My documents.
I’m a detail-oriented Technical Writer who is skilled at taking complex info and translating it into a much more digestible and readable format. My work as a Technical Writer started in 2005, when I started documenting and communicating essential information to both internal Technical Support Agents and external enterprise customers.
During my stint at Intel, I created knowledge articles for home users, enterprise customers, and internal Technical Support Agents. In my most recent stint at McAfee, I’ve focused on creating content for home users and internal Technical Support Experts.
I use Salesforce as my primary editing tool, but also use a variety of other tools, depending on the need. These include popular Microsoft tools such as Word and PowerPoint.
I frequently use HTML markup to fine-tune web-based content before it is published.
I’ve included some sample Knowledge Base articles on this page for you to gauge my writing style, but keep in mind that these articles have been created to adhere to the McAfee style guide. For more details about my writing style, see my Books page.

I’m a practitioner of Yang style Tai Chi. And I approach my writing in the same way as this Tai Chi fable:
“A Tai Chi master came to the village to catch a tiger. Upon finding the tiger, the master looked
into its eyes. Without any struggle, the tiger fell to its knees. The master sat on the tiger's back
and rode it to the mountain. While sitting on the back of the tiger, the master attained
enlightenment.
Thereafter, the master returned from the mountain to help enlighten others”.
